Great job. After Mike goes through the most popular Italian neighborhood left in the five boroughs. Mike show just proves how much great food exist weather seafood, cheese, pasta, salads. breads, meats and pastries. The section on fresh mozzarella is historic, this video should be in everyone collection. Thanks, Mick, for showing the world great Italian food.

I first heard about Arthur Avenue over 25 years ago when I lived in Va Beach. As fate would have it, I now live only a few blocks away. Being a foodie, NYC is a great place to live. Thanks for sharing your video and talents

It doesn't make sense to be worried about e-coli for a meatball that you're going to simmer for an hour and a half. Most of the problem with mass produced ground beef is when you cook it in a medium-rare burger, etc. E-coli doesn't live under steam for an hour and a half.

Yeah, it's just food paranoia from the mid to late 2000s. Though people still believe in nonsense today. I'd eat meat from a single animal bought at a butcher to support the local butcher and maybe cause it's slightly better environmentally…maybe. Not because industrial produced food is necessarily more dirty than a local butcher's. Anyone could cut corners.

@@cjaquilino Yeah, the single animal source is a huge factor. That's why people don't get e coli from a single cut of steak from one animal, but usually when tens or hundreds of cattle are ground and mixed together, such as an industrial ground beef operation.

Mike joking about John Ashcroft places this as mid to late 2000 at latest. I'd guess 2006-7.

Kirk, Mike a lot of "combing" interlacing artifacts in this video. Was it interlaced but saved as progressive?
