Mike is a standup guy, and he should be respected for his honesty and the way he did things - his NHL career was great, and literally everyone loves him. Hats off Commodore, you're a fan Famer. ❤️

Mike Commodore will always be a cult hero in Calgary from the 2004 Stanley Cup run. Great he got a Stanley Cup with Carolina in 2006 after falling short with Calgary in 2004.

Commodore is a goof. One of those whiny guys who think that whenever something fails it couldn'ta possibly been their fault. He was never really a good defenceman, maybe the reason he had so many problems is because he wasnt very good in the first place lol

Tactically, Babcock is a really good coach and his style of play is fun to watch. The problem is that he gets his favorites and he gets his dog house dwellers. Ask Jiri Hudler. The guy ran to Russia rather than play for Detroit under Babcock.

@Brian Morgan It takes a bit to get into the doghouse, and his production was getting better every season, yet his playing time was going down. He left for Russia when his contract was up but he was still restricted.

First off, not a Laughs fan - Blackhawks, Baby! But I’ve lived in the GTA for the past 33 years and the whole time Baby-Cock coached the Laughs - VERY unexplainable coaching decisions at CRUCIAL times in games ... especially Playoff Games! Don’t miss him, his style, his erratic decisions (?) and, most of all, don’t miss his abject ARROGANCE during media scrums! Good Riddance.
