I've had the pleasure of playing an Aluminati the craftsmanship and play-ability are on a higher level. I could hold and stare at one forever. Beautiful.

I've been thinking about these guitars for a while. They look great and I dig the design innovation behind it; an aluminum/plexi based guitar being that light is pretty insane. This guy's tone isn't my cup of tea but I am sure it would sound great with a different amp/setting.

I want to get an aluminium neck guitar but they all look soooooo ugly apart from travis beans but travis bean guitars are too expensive.

They're anodizing necks for colors, polished or matte.

It'll sound great til you bend the G string and goes out of tune due to the hideous angle after the nut to the tuner

It's got a polished aluminium nut, I had zero issues over a 20min sit down ....have you played one?

Yeah, the only issue I had was fitting my neck into my ASAT Classic, which wasn't hard to overcome. I needed a shim. My strings went out of tune when I played, all I had to do was tighten the nuts on the tuners. When it came to my Soldano Hot Rod 50+, I turned down my treble and presence one notch, and before I knew it I was kicking myself for doubting the quality of the instrument that's been right in front of me the last two years here in Asheville. Incredible craftsmanship. Zero limitations except how much I practice. I thought it was some kind of gimmick. Biggest foot in mouth moment I've ever had.
