When i was a toddler back in the early 90's my dad would jam the No More Tears cassette - Mike Inez was instantly one of my favorite people.

I've been using a set of Fluence on a bass built with a Warwick body and hardware but I put on an ESP neck.It's awesome but while I love the Fluence mine doesn't sound like Mike's.

2 questions, 1. When can i order one? and 2. Do they have bar magnets or pole magnets, cuz my bass has a very narrow string spacing. Thanks!

"The quintessential Mike Inez tone that has been on every single record..." which have ALWAYS been EMGs in combination with a Warwick for the last 30 years. So why should I buy those Fishman now, if everything from the last 30 years was actually a different pickup? Oh yeah, because he signed a deal with you so you can make money on the back of his and other bran's fame and quality, that's why and nothing more. Don't get me wrong, I think Fishman pickups are amazing but this is the typical "signature guitar move" we know from so many artists who bring out signature products to get "their signature sound" which they already achieved before with other gear.

Sounds like someone should've gotten that amp dialed in before Mike got up there and tuning the bass would've been smart too That sure would've made his job easier You guys should've had sweetwater shoot the interview they at least tune the bass and make sure the equipment works right lol
