@@levisalvini4110 He's known but its because of the long two decade gap he's taken, however even against those odds, he revaluated his playing even further and recently came back with a force, and honestly deserves to be at the top of the mountain of today's players; not to mention a really awesome guy too
Note to all virtuosos... Thomas McRocklin is the most fresh, memorable and creative guitar wizard of the last two to three decades. His phrasing alone...
FISHMAN for the love of peter paul and mary, keep the camera steady! Thomas is jamming out and the Kiesel Zeus Series headless guitar looks pretty wicked:) Risen up is one of my favorites, Nice jam!!! Distorted Dreams is beautiful \m/!
He’s an insane player! Since this is a promo, you might want to mention that he uses the Abasi Fluence pickups. What did he use for his tones here? Seem to be getting his tones from the laptop, so I’m guessing maybe one of the Neural DSP archetypes?
I do find it interesting that there's not a Fishman Brand Banner at all in the performance 'booth'. Wouldn't you want one for people videoing the performance to have it in the background?...It just looks strange that marketing didn't have any type of branding on the wall or some type of easel display...just a plain, white brick wall?...Not very creative...Now there is a large screen, but it's out of view and above the camera angle.
@@dylangoldman2310 I just scrolled thru the entire video. at 10:05 you can see the wide screen monitor. Other than that, there is NO Fishman signage in view. Especially in the wide shot of the standing musician. If you view most, if not all, the Fishman NAMM videos from this 'white brick wall' alcove, you'll see the same nothing...But it's not my problem now and it's over and done. Ciao'
@@spyderlogan4992 Their booth is a giant structure with a huge fishman sign at the top. If you're at namm you know what booth you're at, if youre watching this video you know its the fishman booth because they posted it. Im not sure what you're bitching about. For them to make their booth look like a tacky red carpet backdrop just for the sole purpose of 3rd party videos being posted online is just ridiculous. Theyre at namm to make sales AT the convention. They have other marketing means to advertise outside the convention.
