This is the modern day head coach. He's smart, knows what to say and how to say it. Not a big presence, but commands respect by being worthy of respect. Could be a long, long-term coach in Miami. Great choice.

Cuz he’s not some ex player or anything. He’s just an extremely smart guy whose passion happens to be football instead of law or medicine. I get that maybe head coaches need to be able to lead and gain respect from players (which McDaniels seems to do well) but more NFL teams need little nerds like him somewhere making decisions. The NFL is so far behind analytically compared to baseball and basketball and eventually some NFL franchise is gonna grow a pair and play money all and change the game

When the half ended I went to the bathroom. When I got back to the living room my brother told me "You just missed this hilarious interview with the Dolphins coach. As he was leaving he started jogging a bit and then noticed the camera was on him and started running as fast as he could, looking back like they were chasing him!" He's a clown, he doesn't do the hard work his staff around him does. This man doesn't take his job seriously, and that pisses me off because he's making millions of dollars. I am a wall cleaner for an adult entertainment night club and I make $16 an hour and I take my job very seriously. It sickens me to see this man taking what he has for granted.
