@dashien2605 I agree. I think Belicheat would've swapped with a team like MIN or DEN, gained a ton of draft capital, and then get his QB (Nix). Maye isn't THAT much better than Nix; you could even argue that Nix will make a better pro. Therefore, trading back and adding capital to then build around this QB would've been a no-brainer for an old timer like Bill.

I love how when he watched film, he pointed out the nuances like what it looks like on film when receivers in the NFL "is open as they're going to get" and how some of these young QBs aren't able to pull the trigger. Obviously, it isn't directed criticism, but it helps viewers get a visual understanding of the difference between the pros and college game.

Brady just had it.. we were spoiled in NE.. but we also had the weapons to back him up.. o line was great, defense was great.. man what an unbelievable 20 yrs we had. And he would have gone on to be the greatest kicker of all time.😂 Belichick was the commencement speaker at my college graduation. JJ averaged 199.4 yards per game this past season, while Drake averaged 300.7. Drake was asked to do a lot more, which is exactly what the Patriots will need in this rebuild.
