I believe that maintaining the correct diet is more challenging than adhering to a proper training regimen. Body weight fluctuates throughout the day, influenced by factors such as food and fluid intake, digestion, and elimination. It's common for individuals to become confused or concerned when they notice a sudden increase in weight, without considering external factors such as consuming a high-sodium meal. These fluctuations can lead to misunderstanding or anxiety regarding weight management. That's why it's crucial to track your weight regularly and perhaps consider using a weekly average instead of a daily value. Additionally, it's important to remember that muscle growth occurs more slowly than fat accumulation, so be patient, monitor changes in your physique over time, and don't lose hope. Remember, consistency is key when it comes to tracking your nutrition and training progress. Stay dedicated to your goals, and over time, you'll see the results you're striving for.
Ok I have a question. So I'm still a bit over my weight and I've done the carnivore diet for a month before and I felt great on it. I mainly plan on using it for fat loss in the future, but I was curious on how that may effect my results as a body builder
Nothing better then high carb low fat diet for maximum pump, highest energy to perform high intensity and recover as fast as possible, potatoes on rice!! Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
No man. Because you are in bulk the numbers can be confusing, because you weigh not your calories so to say. And extra carbs/high carbs spare proteins so dont worry alot of protein during a bulk. Eat 0.7/0.8x your bodyweight in pounds for the total grams of proteine and you will be fine. More than enough dont worry.
