I love these videos with Billy. Maybe it’s the old school wrestling fan in me, but the camaraderie/friendly rivalry between Mike and Billy is dope to watch. The tips and tricks tucked into the ball busting are quite helpful too.
When you say best you mean leanest? I would agree with that. Very very lean and impressive arms. Very strong arms for a female too. There are men doing less weight than her trust me. She's a beast. I do believe she's younger than Billy by quite a bit though. I think she's only 40 possibly 45 , while Billy is 60 now. Mike can't be too far from 60 either anymore. They all are beasts.
These guys are just like the Arnold Schwarzenegger look a like. Lifting heavy weights for them is a true love for just doing it. You see how they approach their craft and turn it into art. I too love the movement of the weight, it's like mind over matter. And you feel really good about it. All the best guys 👍

Guys I literally preach the same thing about ROM in my videos..Some times we do nice full reps and sometimes they arent..WHY?? Because you have to put the body through the heavier weights to get it to respond and get size. Light weights and full ROM do not mean "grow big"..it means you work the muscle and its connective tissues fully..THEN you put the weight on and do the best you can to pack on the strength and size..BOOM!! but im not 20s..or 30s..or 40s...Im 50 and know the secrets :D
The duck eggs don't do anything. Supplements in general don't do much of anything. Unless you're extremely deficient in protein for example, or something else important, than all supplements are pretty much worthless. They almost definitely won't affect your results in any way. For some people creatine gives them a very very slight amount of extra strength, like a rep or two, but even that's rare. The duck eggs are scam. That's the worst decision in terms of supplement. I remember when everyone was buying the duck eggs like crazy thinking they were the most impressive fitness supplement out there. Mike is an absolute beast though, Billy too, that's for sure. It's hard work with the weights, proper macros, and PEDS.
Mike weighs from 105 to 111 kg, 1.9 in height that is, a giant guy is his merit he is an amazing guy beautiful strong as hell a monster in training you will see in the videos at 14 he already had an athlete's body

Let's not overthink or overcomplicate things here, if your these guys walking into a gym to train and lift, depending on the exact nature of the workout, it's to increase strength (low reps, heavy weight) or it's to add and grow muscles and get bigger, no one goes into the gym to do heavy lifting sessions to lose body fat, that's not how it works. If you wanna simply lose body fat you dont need to bro lift and do all these exercises that Mike and Billy are doing here and Mike is asking him why he lifts... Loosing body fat, that's a nutrition thing, you go into the gym to lift biceps to get bigger, become stronger and grow, if you wanted to lose belly fat you'd be one of those people stuck constantly on the cardio equipment.
Mike and Billie should go and train with Mark Bell's partner , Nsima, then ALL 3 of them can just sit there being Pumped in All of Their NATURAL Glory !
Hey Mike love your videos been watching them for a while if I want to put on size be powerful for instance how many sets and reps should I be doing for each workout thank you and how many exercises also should I be doing like if I'm doing biceps and triceps should I be doing five a piece how many sets in reps thank you God bless
I do 500-600 push ups a week. Blasphemy. Typically 100 a day. 5 sets of 20 as a super set to whatever I’m doing (lest leg day). It’s not ideal for getting huge like you all, but it keeps my HR up during training. This is always after 30 min cardio. At 55 I’m about 11-12% BF at 180. Probably stupid but it keeps me lean all year round. That said, impossible to stack on slabs of muscle each year doing this. My 24 year old kid trains like your team. In 2 years he’s added 4-5 pounds of lean muscle tissue over last 2 years. I’m just in a different place.
MIKE why do women muscle look so much better tha nguys? is it only me .. they have so much nice seperationa nd long muscles ... do they look like how a good natural would look like as a male?
