What a load of barnyard litter. I read the Wall Street Journal for 25 years and five years Barron's. In one article eleven American hedge fund people got together in Boston with over two hundred staff to eat steak and lobster and work in groups so as not to bid too much for an Ohio company going under. They didn't want to bid against each other, didn't want a Chinese company to win the bid and wanted to pay so little, the legacy pension costs could be thrown into the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation. Our hedge fund clown have the Carry-Trade tax dodge, our real estate firms have depreciation deductions, mineral extraction firms have Depletion deductions, but Rent is not tax deductible for individuals. Further Social Security taxes stop out at $168,000 rather than going to infinity. The Chinese have not eaten our Dinner, it is the Hamptons and Georgetown.

What did they think would happen to jobs in the US if you move manufacturing processes abroad? I live in the UK and saw this happen in real time, many firms moving their production abroad to China, Malaysia and India. I saw the factories close, back in the early 80's. It was shameful. I questioned the logic of this back then and to this day, it seems like it was an insane move. We produced high end quality textiles and clothing and after the switch and cheaper imports, the quality was all but gone. The finishing was poor, and the cut, well let's just say that unfitted clothing became more the norm.

Mike Pompeo said intelectual or tecnology that they reverse engineer and manufacturer of machine provide prototype that they can manufacture , it make them rich and powerfull by exporting finished consumer product , it cost less to manufacture in there because of lower worket salary and lower electricity cost , salary in western country are more costly
