When I started watching this I never dreamed of the depths to which it would sink. I laughed so hard I almost cried. I love "Coffee with My Mom"! What treasures all 4 of you are. (I'm including John, even though he's not on screen). Please continue these. Being a little younger than Peggy and a little older than Mike, I can relate to most of what you are talking about, but I'm not ready for "the home" yet. Keep me laughing, please, I love it!

Peggy, i just wanted to say thank you for your story last time regarding the soup which the wait staff member couldn't pronounce. I had never heard of Mulligatawny soup , and because of your positive recall of how it tasted, proceeded to find a recipe and make some. My husband gave me his highest culinary complement, which is "we need to do this one again". Truly high praise for him. It was different, delicious, and the best part was that no scrotum shaving was needed to enjoy it.

This week is my 2 year anniversary of working at a place, just like where your mom lives. Started as a caregiver, moved to activities and transportation, and now spend my time spreading smiles at the front desk. Balloon volleyball is an absolute BLAST! The residents are ruthless 🤣🤣🤣 I dont know about where your folks live, but where I work, the employees are just as excited to make fools of themselves… I just went to work dressed as an alien tourist. The smiles were well worth the pain staking process of spirit gum removal… from my eyebrows. 😅❤

Mike, I listen to end and my phone hops to the next video. Since I am currently under the kitchen table, scrubbing the remnants of the new puppy's offerings, your choice of topics are quite apropos. Your Mom has made me spew coffee twice. She is a gem, and when one is on hands and knees, squirting cleaner and scrubbing, the thought of small, mole-rat looking little bags of pink flesh from 61 years ago fits right in.
