Absolutely love Mike's voice. He HAS to be in with a real shot of winning this. I just love the look on his face at 1:36 when he realises that Tom Jones turned round for him. Absolutely amazing!

when I was younger I could never really get into country music. as I've gotten older and have experienced more, country music seems to have more meaning. a voice like this can make even the toughest people weep.

One of America's Classic Country Songs! Mike does a wonderful job on this tune and has the right emotions to put into it! I applaud you Mike and hope you stay into Country or any kind of soulful music as you have what it takes to reach inside peoples hearts. Not too many in any genre can do that! Your spot on there! Can't believe he never went on to better thing's! He's voice is up there with some of the great country singers. Just shows sometimes you've gotta be in the right place with the right people at the time. But thought with that performance on tv and on the voice, that was good enough, but shows you it's so hard still to be reconised cos that guy's got as good a voice as anyone!

I think he's a serious contender for the title you know why? Great tone, beautiful voice, good-looking, and could be the key to help introduce country music to the UK. He stands out because he's not like a powerhouse belter like most of the other contestants. He's just got a smooth, easy kind of voice. I think he'll do really well...

My neighborhood cats sound better than that when they're fighting. The sky don't have the voice. He would drop off at the end of each verse. Then when he sang the chorus it was all over the place. You people don't know what you're talking about. That's why that black guy I think it was Will i Am. He knew better.
