This man made me fall back in love with football again, honestly. I lost my Dad during Covid, he was only 49 and I just felt lost, had no direction, no hobbies, everything felt like a chore. Still loved my club, and tried to watch every match. I remember around the point that North London Forever became a thing - taking the trip down to London and singing that song, everything just felt different, sounds cheesy but it’s like I remembered what it felt like to love and be part of a family again. And that’s because of Arteta mainly, he’s the guy that turned Arsenal around, I’ll forever be thankful for it ❤️
I don’t think rivals fans will ever get it! They just want to see us back in our banter era! The way Arsenal turned around (without trophies currently yes) has been remarkable and something we didn’t even imagine! Challenging and looking a stable dominant side!! We are soo much happier NOW seeing how our team plays (good bad ugly) than what we went through towards the end of Wenger and post Wenger! It was horrendous and I’d rather have this feeling watching Arsenal who are trying for trophies (even if we haven’t won yet ) and support this team than anything else! Arteta is THE for that reason and the players are playing for Arsenal through HIM!! his energy and his coaching
@@kc270352 I meant with the team he has formed and his own players! FA cup he won but I mean with this team he has now that is actually challenging for the major trophies consistently next step is to win with them 💥
@Dddean1990 he took a mediocre team at 37 years old as his first job and you measure success based on silverware? Out of interest, what team do you support?
I love this man, Everyone is gutted that we aren't in our banter era, Under Arteta we are going for the big things and now everyone hate watches cause of how good we are
Even if we don't win anything, Arteta has brought the love and connection back between the club and the fans and for that we are already forever grateful.
As a Arsenal fan, Arteta has changed Arsenal completely for the better. He has made the fans fall back in love with the club and everyone is together and connected
Vision, but more importantly wisdom by which one can attain said vision, is like a lamp that lights the path for a man, once one has that, one simply follows along with the necessary work and efforts demanded. We all need that wisdom.
I remember only a few years ago we were called soft by every pundit and any team could rough us up and sometimes people forget how Mikel has completely changed the whole image of the club and this team. From the most flimsiest defence to one of the strongest defence not to mention how well he has coached these players.
The "bad players" won him his only trophy. With his own team he has won absolutely nothing and has spent a fortune (800 million pounds and counting). Spanish Brendan Rodgers 😂😂😂😂
I said it to my Spurs friends a couple seasons ago....what Arteta has done is get the fan base on board, from allowing North London Forever to ring out, and just getting the philosophy saying the right things, clear with the identity. And he must have done a number on the board because the backing was immense (board engagement and sentiment with fans was non existent) This was before our close title runs. They thought I was talking of him like a Messiah..and well yeah I don't think now people can argue that he kind of is. Hasn't won anything yet but can't enjoy more or be any prouder of him, the players and club! The Arsenal blood will forever run through these stones and these Arsenal fans, because it has through Mikel Lego Arteta!
I am hoping he will get his confidence back in front of goal now a settle LB has come in to work that side with him, he coped with so many changes last season. Defensively he is fantastic but he does need to start adding those goals.
@@chibuotachibuota5693 trossard will play in midfield for a while now with no odegaard, it’s tricky because can’t drop havertz but in the smaller games, midfield 3 of Trossard LCM, Havertz RCM, Rice in the 6, sterling left, martinelli up front, saka right
To win the league title is to win all 38 games. That is the aim for every team who has the mental strength and confidence to challenge for the title. Liverpool won the title in 2019 with biggest points difference because they know they have to win every game if they want the league badly enough
To many games ad well saturating it will dilut it for the fans it get more expensive to follow your team it will be interesting to see how it turns out.
Before and after Botox. He peaked in his first season and since then 800 million pounds spent and 0 trophies. Thats embarrassing. Spanish Brendan Rodgers.
OK mate ,only Arsenal fans are reactionary we are the only ones like that 🤦, if you ain't like that sometimes in your life , you must not follow any team in sport
5:40 listen to the demands when Arteta started the job; Arsenal fans were begging to be in the top 4 conversation. Fans never expected to be competing for a title within 3 years...
