Absolutely. I was 16 when this came out and it’s still a magical part and lots of other skate parts like it. Dreamy, classic, smooth, flowing editing with great skating is heaven.
Skateboarding has always been there for me no matter what. This part gave me the motivation to keep going no matter what at the worst point in my life.
I just saw this video for the first time in years. So much nostalgia. AVE, Grant Taylor, Bledsoe, Dill, Heath and Mikey had the most memorable parts for me! Took me back! I miss this era of skating.
love the song and feel of this part so much. Mikey said it was a period of time when his skating was just all based on other people's perception, it was an time period of anger, sadness but yet nostalgia. Makes the video part just as good as it is
You have to admit, he does every trick the correct way. Zero cheating on blunts, no cheating on to the rails. Pops into everything the correct way. It’s pretty crazy if you think about it. Even the big spin out and the 270 out there was zero cheating. Very impressive 😱😱😱😱😱😱 true professional
2:54 So nice, he shows so much emotion the way he skates and turns away from the camera, plus the song adds to it. this could be the best skate video part made in years.
mikey just came to my town for an etnies demo and i got to meet him me and all my friends were hanin with him for like an hour we got to skate with him for a little it was so sick.
i like how mikey taylor's so humble. he acts like he's not that good while he skates with guys like malto and mike mo, when in reality he tears shit up
