Another healthy tip is try ur best to eat carbs/carbohydrates some before hooping because it increases the heart rate and spikes blood flow And Eat proteins after hooping cause it speeds up the recovery process also try to listen to your body .There will be somedays when u have a light workout and then a heavy workout so try to balance ur workouts .Best of luck 🙏🏿💯

Ain’t no way a pro would be that reactive on every move like that. Unless Ryan didn’t show the ones where Mikey got shot down by the pro. But, overall, the pro looks like he just ain’t got no defense.

I understand but it doesn’t change the fact that you have a position mismatch in which a shorter more athletic player ( which Mikey in this case is ) will dominate pretty much every drive

We’ve had him go against many different defenders giving him different looks. He’s been training with us for over 2 years & has grown tremendously as a player
