I am actually from Venezuela, It is true our economy and reality are becoming worse and worse every day, however, it is very rare for people to eat dogs :(, Maybe in Caracas in the slums that could happen but it is not a common thing to occur... And again, thank you for this amazing content, I am studying Japanese and to be able to hear and understand real people in normal conversations is really priceless....
