7:30 Ya man I've seen PLENTY of famous people out at restaurants and in public. I can't remember a single time where I've ever walked up to them. Sure, some of the times I was to shy to, but the majority of the time I would shrug it off and say "that was neat" and walk away so as to not disturb them.

Eating out I'm about to put my food in the bin a friend stops me and says "why do that, it's there job" but like it's not that hard and for me it's harder to not since it feels weird leaving mmy food out.

One time, I saw a woman leave her cart and drive off when she was only parked _3_ spaces away from the cart return stall. Even worse was that she left the cart in one of the empty spaces leading up to the stall. My father and brother were with me at the time and saw it as well, so there was a full minute of all three of us just sitting in silence and trying to process what we just witnessed.

This! My job is to collect the shopping carts and it genuinely gets on my damn nerves when people do this. Especially when the cart corral is like right there. And don't Get me started on people leaving trash in the carts

They do that with items in the store too with products that we sell and the worst is when they put the frozen things in non refrigerated areas and vice-versa and its my job to fix that.

It's not just Best Buy. I think I applied to Walmart once and...okay, I didn't get a question as asinine as that one, but like...there's some pretty dumb ones. And the worst thing is when they ask the same fucking question 7 different ways trying to see if you'll contradict yourself just once. I hate online applications. They're 45 pages of absolute nothing. The hypotheticals are often so unrealistic that it's like why are you even asking this? And the main body is usually just...entering shit that's already in my goddamn resume! I sent you the resume! OPEN THE FUCKING RESUME AND JUST READ!

Oddly ironic is that I just got my PC back from Best Buy today after taking it to them to fix it. One of the happiest days of my past couple months.

I'll tell you, I've had a waitress like that once. Me and my parents were going to either Houston or San Antonio (we live in Waco, Texas for reference) one summer for vacation and on the way either there or back we stopped at this Denny's along the highway for lunch, and the waitress we got was phenomenal. She was an older Asian lady, probably around fifty or so, and it wasn't just our table that she got right. I saw her zooming around EVERYWHERE. There were at least sixteen tables she served all by herself, because they were short-staffed, I think, and it was like she was the Energizer bunny. She kept going and going. It was like watching actual magic performed right in front of you, and not the stuff you see on stage, I'm talking like someone actually flying or walking through walls or something. We left her a hefty tip. I recommend the place and that waitress to this day. I just wish I could remember where it was and could have gotten her name.

A longtime friend of mine used to work for the Best Buy Geek Squad and that particular location was one of the worst jobs he'd ever had. Probably not the same experience for all employees but, just sayin'.

Well, if it's any consolation, the reason this stuff got attention was because the Norwegians DID make a stink about it. I think I saw just recently that they got a rule change through. Still not as free as the men's obviously, because the Internation Handball Federation is run by old men, but better than it used to be, at least. Also, to be totally fair to the IOC: It's not really their decision, so not totally their fault. Beach Handball ain't an olympic sport. Still, someone should've said something far earlier than this year, clearly.

It is that way because the player say it's the best uniform. Other long pieces will get in the way. If some player want different I would say to let them, but the Norwegians were bitching about it, making it about the committee, somehow forgeting to say that aomost all the players prefer it that way.

@@tmdosu Well, even if we suppose that to be the case, no one should be forced to wear the best uniform. Track and Field athletes are not forced by the rules to wear that. Neither are beach volleyball players any longer. Fact is that the IHF rules DID specify to a (IMO) weird degree of detail the size of the bottoms on the side etc, which... I don't really think is necessary, and it does ring of being a bit out of touch. Has a bit of Sepp Blatter of FIFA suggesting "tighter shorts" to get people to watch women's football over it. And I can tell you that in my country, the women's beach handball team had nothing but support for the Norwegian team. Granted, I live close by, so there might be some cultural similarities to that, but... it wasn't only the Norwegian team who were a bit uncomfortable with it. In the end, I will say that I do not know enough to judge the advantages of one uniform over the other. But I will say that even if the bikini was undisputably the best uniform, no one should be forced to wear it if they don't want to. And it's not like the Norway team turned up in the male uniform; they just wore, like... Tight shorts like bicycle shorts.

What I find mildly infuriating is the local Holiday gas station reward system. Sometimes I find myself wanting a snack, have no money, but have a free Item on my rewards account. To redeem the reward, the cashier has to hit total to have the register check your account for free Items, but are trained to not hit total until you hand them money. I showed you on my phone I have the free reward, you scanned the bar code on my phone to pull up my account, yet to get the free snack, I have to hand over money, just so you can hit total, and hand the money right back to me. I forgot my wallet, just hit total!

SPEAKING of dishes, anybody remembered that one episode of Sesame Street, where the Bear Family invited their neighbors over for dinner, and after dinner, the Papa Bear got up and said "Welp! Time to throw the dishes away!" and both Mama and Baby Bear got up to help him? Yeah, that scene was burned into my head after watching that clip, and I'm still thinking "WTF?!" to myself...!

I guess mine would be (if cartoon count) rebooting Ben 10 because I wish they keep the series going like do Ben 10000 cartoon but nope they didn’t the characters in the reboot are stupid (even Grandpa Max Tennyson he was a very nice and kind Grandpa he’s the reason how Ben became a hero, he’s a Space Soldier and the reboot version take that away and make him useless)

my pet peeve is people adding plurals to Japanese words.. such as Katana, Ninja, Sai and so on. The is ONE ninja there are MANY ninja.. The (don't) have ONE Katana they (don't) have MANY Katana THERE IS NO PLURAL ON THESE AND MANY MANY OTHER JAPANESE WORDS
