When we got to court, she got beat upside the head and I got 18 months in the chaingang… her husband is a coke head too. They lowkey been scammin. Not even a smart criminal! He also lied about a suspect in a gas station bathroom trying to burn him with his cigarette, AND was grabbing his gun, at the same time! Instead of protecting his weapon from being grabbed, he reported the suspect then tried again to burn him, when he went for his pepperspray! How many hands does this deputy have? ...AND, he hot himself in the face when he was swinging the handcuffs to hit the man! But he blamed the suspect! Then he blamed the public for "not helping him"! He was behind two bathroom doors, and down a long hallway! No one could hear anything.
There has to be more. In court his defense lawyers are going to argue that the person who stole his weapon is the one who murdered her. They must have DNA, phone records, and/or something more. Finding the gun alone won't be enough to convict this guy.
Phone records placed this dude in the woods where her body was found on the night she disappeared. And it showed him moving around in 200-300 meter increments in a 10 minute span desperately trying to find that gun he dropped in the dark. Why he didn’t go back weeks later with a metal detector to locate that gun, who knows, but it’s a great thing he didn’t. Or they never would’ve caught this guy

It is a shame that the women he previously attempted to rape/murder never pressed charges against him. Nearly “46% to 84%” of incarcerated men suffer from Borderline Personality a disorder and AntinSocial Personality Disorder. Unlike other mental health conditions, these are the two that are nearly impossible to treat. We are seeing that this combo, along with genetics traits of the “warrior gene” in multiple communities and countries, are having an effect. We have to continue (start?) educating young women that they are always at risk.
Oh but she did try. The police never followed up or investigated her claims. She was interviewed by the news and explained what happened. She said she believed this girls death could have been prevented if the police did their job on her case. Tragic
Let's get this straight. He reported his weapon missing. That weapon was found near the victim's remains. So now he's charged with her murder. Unless they have other evidence; how can they conclude he killed her?

But like the cop said they had been observing/watching his behavior for a while so idk they got to know more than what’s been told due to there ongoing investigation. I’m not a murderer but He had to been stupid to have left a murder weapon near the scene of a crime 🤔 I would think? especially knowingly you may have drop the murder weapon-wouldn’t he have thought to go back and look for it? he may have a fight unless they got other evidence that’s linking him to that girl murder besides that weapon, especially by them not knowing how she died….
@@montinaw1358 Well…they think that he actually lost it in the melee; they had evidence from the number of steps he took, quickly, running around exactly where she was found…and estimate he was frantically looking for his gun.
They didn’t arrest him with only one piece of circumstantial evidence. They have his phone; he at first lied saying he had not left his home. he was at the site where she was found. They have the number of steps-more than 900 meters x 3 =2,700 steps;;they assume he had dropped his gun and was frantically running around looking for it. he had to be there at least 40 minutes running around to total that many steps. the guy is also a narcissist: thinking he is smarter than the other cops…and he is a sicko who likes to kill women. He is a real sick puppy, and has,gone faster young women twice prior.
