You can actually do it, but it's more about prevention. No matter if you have naturally long or extended nails, it's better to do things without actually using your nails to prevent breakage. On the other hand, you have a lot of tools these days that could help you with chores without actually using your nails, like rubber gloves while washing the dishes, using your knuckles, using a butter knife to open the can, or even ask someone else to open it for you xDDDDD
It's not my style, but these are so cool! Yoko, the artist, is so talented and Tina looks great! I also love that she asked for a lighter color/ombre effect so she can enjoy the nails longer as they grow out!
I love Tina’s whole vibe 😍 the nails are 🔥 🔥 btw- American Black women been wearing pierced nails since like the ‘90s (& prolly even further back)! The nails are still show stoppers 😘
Nail piercing was popular when I was in high school and that was the late 80's. I even bought a butterfly charm. Loved it then even though the hoops would snag in the sleeves on my sweaters. They fell out of style shortly after that.
I used to grow out my nails in middle school and pierce one on each side before I was able to get facial piercings lol! This was about 20 yrs ago now so it’s cool that this is becoming a trend!
my favorites to watch in this channel is videos from macro beauty and hair me out! 😍 so please make more videos especially on macro beauty because they're my top fave!! ❤
Those nails are SICK! I have two small children so I could never - they would quickly get poo encrusted in the gems. But I love them, especially on her
I'VE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE SINCE 5TH GRADE I FELL IN LOVE WITH GOING TO THE SALON WITH MY MOM GROWING UP AND IT JUAT AMAZE ME THE ART THAT THE TECH CAME UP WITH. TO BE HONEST I LIKE FASHION BUT WILL SPEND JORDAN MONEY ON MY NAILS.
That is the same way I do my nails but a bit different. I add nail glue then press on the nails, style them, and all done. The entire nail process that is acrylic damages my nails and suffocates them.
Piercing nails was popular in the 80s. There is a little tool you buy and pierce it yourself...we all had real gold initials with gem stones..i had C with an emerald....the gold initials are still probably available on line. Everything comes back!
I like nails but I'm not my late great grandmother and have not mastered playing guitar with long nails yet lol it's hard for me to manage every day life with these.
