I agree. I really don't like the way she behaves in her current performances and I'm not fond of some of her songs that I've heard (to be honest, I haven't heard that many). But in interviews she seems to have a much more mature state of mind. Like the way she said she's getting through the break-up, accepting it, and moving on is a very mature way to go about it. And I also found it to be very interesting, and actually a really good idea, how she talked about asking people for lists of their favorite things. For a while I was completely against Miley because of her behavior, but I'm kindof getting mixed feelings about her now. If her performances now are only to gain more money and publicity, I can't say I respect that, because I think that method seems fake and a little like selling out. If she's just trying to get rid of the Hannah Montana image and find herself, I definitely get that but I think she's going overboard

I know that, marketing-wise, her performances and racy music videos are a good move, but this make me so sad/angry because I think that she could be more than that, she has a good voice and wouldn't need to go around naked to gain visibility. Also, she's definitely not a good role model and it must be weird to see her now for the kids who liked her as Hannah Montana.

Yeah, teenagers are fickle and impressionable lol. I changed my entire wardrobe once because I liked the way someone I looked up to dressed. The thing is with Miley Cyrus, she's quite a strange and weird person. However, her personality is very kind, generous and wise which I thought was quite shocking due to her exterior, but I admire her for it. Just goes for show that you should never judge a book by its cover.

This is the Miley that everyone loves. The genuine, down to earth learning from our mistake Miley. If she were to act like this all the time she would really shine bright. I think you forget that she has a whole team behind her that helps her do that...every celebrity does from publicists to managers etc. what she does is how people judge her because that's the only way we know her. I'm so torn with this Miley. Behind the scenes she seems so genuine, she really does. But it's such a juxtaposition with the message she sends out onstage and in her career. There's too much of a disconnect. I hope she eventually finds a happy medium between the two.

At times, when I see pictures of her online now, I'm just like 'why did she choose this path?' but when I see her during interviews, I remember she's so down to earth and has an amazing personality. I think she read the book "steal like an artist"; learning about what other thinks and what inspired them is more important then what they've said and done. It always helps you to know about yourself because those people that you asked about are the people that are in your life. Personally I don't know about her or her music, but from the last few sentences of this video I can hear that she is something who actually sit down and 'think' about the world around her and herself.
I think her public persona is so different from her private life. What Liam sees in her is probably a completely different person than the one she portrays to the public.
