Not much wrong with that mate . 40mm perfect size, I wish Hamilton would do the khaki field automatic in 40mm , 38mm is a bit small, 42 mm a bit big . Happy new year Andrew , hairs looking really good 👍🏻
This looks really nice for a cheaper watch. I use a Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical for work which is a similar look. A quartz would probably benefit me more as I get 4 days off each set of shifts and sometimes I forget to wind it on my first day back. Also the lume looks better on this one, the Hamilton lume is awful and lasts only a few seconds (not useful when I'm on night shifts). I would probably prefer it in a 38mm as the 40 does look large for a military watch. Overall though, it looks great and I'd be proud to wear it. This is a very interesting review Andrew and its nice to see some cheaper watches that really look the part.
Thanks for watching Paul,, appreciate the feedback. I think every collection needs a quartz doesn't it. I used to to 4on4off,,, love them 4 day breaks but hated them working weekends 😆
@@watchandrewagree about working weekends. Its night shifts on weekends that are the worst. I work for the local constabulary and it gets a bit crazy on Saturday nights! The 4 days off is worth it though...
