Your military coup is backed by powerful sponsors so Inflations are disabled.
Roads and electricity are sabotaged during the coup but most of the remaining services remain intact.
Your sponsors don't want to be involved in direct conflicts so they won't fund your combat parts.
Most Initiatives irrelevant to combat are all funed already and the rest will give you money.
Most of the region are against you but peace is still barely possible.
