If I ever get an 80 on my ASVAB next time I go I'm not retaking it again. This ÀSVAB thing is too stressful. Great video though.

I just realized that every time I do a practice test on arithmetic or I’d study hours for it, the answers would always end up being A or B, a number not too low nor too high. I’m not suggesting anyone to follow that, but it may work in case you don’t know how to solve a problem on the actual exam!

Wow, I did a 30, 70, and failed the confirmation test with a 19. I'm headed back in February and studying daily. I really really want to pass.

this just motivated me,I've taken the asvab twice at MEPS,the most recent time I took it for the air force at the recruiters office I scored a 51,and on the actual test I scored a 21,I was bumbed out fr,I knew I could of done better

Scored 83 in high school without studying, but I became a truck driver instead. I took a practice test recently and did horrible, under 30! I recommend taking it when you are academically fresh.

I’ve been struggling with the asvab filled it five times already and at this point I feel like I’m never going to pass it

I scored 39 on my ASVAB my AF recruiter said that I still got qualified in a few jobs and hes gonna send me to MEPS for my physical next week, I don't even care what job they'll give me as long as I get in .I'll just retake it again and do better once i get in. P.S: the minimum passing score in the Air Force was 36, I talked to the other AF recuiter she said she'll take me in too with my current score.

When I was 16 I took the ASVAB; scored 35. Today (6 years later) I'm a second lieutenant (91A) in the Army. Just commissioned recently. Moral of the story? Take the ASVAB seriously (I didn't).

I'm going through the exact same thing but I failed my conformation test and I have to take it again in 6 months, I only have 3 more months left and im stressing so much because ik im going to have to take it twice again because of the conformation test and I don't want to fail it again, but im feeling a little better because you did it so it gives me a little more confidence.

Wow! I took mine twice, but since the Iraq war was going on, they had a category 4 waiver slot which meant anyone with a high school diploma could join with a score over a 21.

Same here!! I honestly thought that I was the only one who went through this!! I took the test 3 times, once right after high school and scored a 47. I then took it 3 years later and scored pretty high IDK the number they wouldn't tell me. They said I scored at least 20 points higher than my first test so I needed to take a confirmation test. Finally, I took the last test and I got a 72 overall. I leave August 8th. Good luck to you!! Go Airforce

I took it today for the Air Force and got a 33, my AFQT was way higher than my actual test. I studied like crazy, I just don’t understand what I did I do that was so wrong.

Each time you took the asvab did you notice if you got the some of the same questions over like on the math and reading

22 the first time, 24 the second, 45 the third and 44 the fourth. I would’ve took my 52 and went on my damn day 💀

In my case, I have made a 68 afqt with 109 GT line score. I'm trying to go officer route and needs 110 GT score in the army. My initial recruiter i took test with told me I may not qualify to retake the test cuz I have a high afqt. I went to another recruiter and he is also telling me that the policy for the retake is as such. I asked him can't I get a waiver to retake the test to improve my GT score and he said his commader has to approve of it before I can. I thought you could take the test as many times as you want so why am I not being allowed to retake?

I'm dumb. I made a 76/111 on it. I could only take it twice, and I had no time to study, so I was like, whatever. Get me out of my life. I did okay in HS, but I went to a competitive HS and had more education than most people with my intelligence would have. I colored in some of my classes, but I managed to escape that for many others after taking an IQ test.

I didn't have to take a confirmation test because it was six months out

Ok so I fail twice now I swear to god I was about to quit I look at the score I was telling myself well that's it I'm done I sat on the bench outside waiting for my ride then one of the assistant walks out to have a smoke break, he was taking to me then ask me if its okay if he can see my test score I said yeah for sure then he looked at it he said these are what u need to work on I'm telling man dont give up once u get in bruh u gud to go so I'm taking it for the 3rd next month hopefully I pass

When you took the asvab over and over was it always the same science And vocabulary questions Or was it 4 complete different asvabs

How did you check your score the third time? It happened the same to me and in the AFQT part it just says 00; I know I improved my score but I don't know my score perse.

I just found this video I’m hoping you see my comment here.So long story short my very first time taking the Asvab was February 20, 2020 I made a 9 on it.Then my second time taking the Asvab was December 29, 2021 I made a 16 which is like 2 months ago so I retested last week on Tuesday I made a 41 thank god but they told me the same crapp to take the confirmation test. I took the confirmation test yesterday and I failed it but the lady at meps didn’t want to tell me my score all she said was I failed and wait 6 months. So pretty much I want to your opinion and do you think it’s true or something is not right in my situation. If that makes sense. I’m really mad to be honest I’ve been studying off of 2 online asvab class and this whole asvab issue has never came to an end I was hoping yesterday all of it could of ended. I tested with an Air Force recruiter I’ve been trying to enlist to the Air Force as well.

If u fail your confirmation test but then pass the asvab when u go back to meps after the waiting period do u have to take another confirmation test

I failed my picat verification test, and I’m going to retake it soon but will I be getting the same questions from the verification test on the retest for all subjects? Or will it be different? Is it going to be the full test that I’ll be retesting with the same questions from the verification test?
