Kinder milk slice cake, which is loved not only by children, but also by adults. It turns out that it is very easy to prepare it at home. Ingredients:
Biscuit:
Eggs - 2 pieces
Sugar - 80 gr
Honey - 1 tsp
Milk - 40 gr
Sunflower oil - 30 gr
Flour - 65 gr
Cocoa - 15 gr
Impregnation:
Milk - 30 gr
Sugar - 10 gr
Honey - 2 tsp
Cream:
Cream 33% - 130 gr
Curd cheese - 65 gr
Sugar - 30 gr
Honey - 2 tsp
Detailed preparation:
1. Prepare a biscuit. Beat eggs with sugar for 5 minutes until fluffy.
2. Add milk, butter and honey and mix everything with a whisk (not with a mixer).
3. Then add flour and cocoa, stir with a whisk, but stir not for long, so that the porosity does not go away from the dough.
4. Bake immediately. Place the dough on a baking sheet and spread evenly. Be sure to cover the baking sheet with parchment.
5. Bake for 10-415 minutes at 170 C.
6. When the sponge cake is baked, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
7. Prepare the cream. Combine cream, sugar and cheese, beat until firm. Add honey and beat for 10 seconds.
8. Prepare the impregnation. Mix milk, sugar and honey and heat in the microwave to dissolve the sugar.
9. Cut off the uneven edges of the sponge cake and saturate the side that was on top when baking.
10. Cut in half and brush one half of the biscuit with cream, not forgetting the corners and edges. Cover gently with the other half of the biscuit.
11. Put in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably at night. Cut into portions.
From this amount I got 12 cakes.
