@@jeiku5041 Nothing flawed about the concept of generations, it's just everyone second guessing everything these days with stress-schizophrenia running rampant because of medamodern concepts making us depressed. Generations doesn't relate to the people exactly, it relates to the different eras of a century/the centuries.
@@LadyAmdisSome older Gen X birthed younger Millenials. My niece is Gen Z in her mid 20s now and has birthed 2 gen alphas, so if you're a young parent you birth the next generation.
@@unacceptablesisterpeter3431millennials are having them even later according to stats 😅 My gen X husband and I (millennial) are having a kid due in Jan ‘25, and I found out it’s a gen Beta. Reading on gen Beta, they say young millennials and gen Z are having gen Beta, but I’m not a young millennial 😂
If it makes you feel better you're younger than my parents who were born in '75' and '76' Gen X is still pretty young to me. I see it as the middle of your adulthood and then at late 50s a senior. Nothing wrong with getting old😁🏃🏾♀️
If your 40 and you getting grandson it means that your son is at least 18 years old ans that mean you had him while your were 22 but if your grandson can speak he's at least 3 so if your son got gim while 18 you got your son while 19. Pretty young lmao
40 - 18 = 22 22 - 18 = 4 38 - 18 = 20 20 - 18 = 2 37 - 18 = 19 19 - 18 = 1 So essentially you could be 36, almost 37 if you and your child give birth at 18.
My family is 20 years apart from each other. My grandma was 40 when I was born so yeah definitely old enough. My grandparents are also as old as my in laws 🤔 that made for an interesting meeting 😅
That’s funny because my sister is Gen X, her daughters are Gen Z and she has two grand babies that are Gen Alpha. And the fact that my sister is a grandma, to me (millennial) is hilarious.
Just saying millennials are gen alphas parents. Gen x is the parents of gen z. Theres some overlap but generally each generation is the kids of the generation before last. Edit: I swear yall didnt read the whole post. I said there is overlap, aka exceptions. I was making a generalization. Early gen z has late gen alpha kids, early millenials have late gen z kids etc. A gen alpha could have boomer parents even if the woman still had an egg for some reason.
When we have family gatherings we have all the gens from boomer to alpha there. it's hilarious. I'm Gen x so I'm usually just chilling and watching lol
So I’m Gen Z (2006) and my sibling is Alpha (2010) Then my parents are two different generations, my dad is closer to boomer and my mom is closer to millennial We are the ultimate family
@@kvnnedyy So cute. Grow up with grace and excel in all things. We are happy that we will pass the good things that we did to you. Do better and prove them wrong. Be the preachers of Truth, and never fail to pass the good things to the next generations. Together, the gen Z's and the gen alphas, we are the Mars generation, we will build bases on the Moon and go to Mars.
My parents are Boomers, my sister gen x, I'm a millennial, my niece is gen z and my nephew is gen Alpha..... These skits are pretty much our family gatherings
Honestly same, if I was gen alpha I would be called an iPad kid most of the time, and I'd rather be called gen z than an iPad kid, and I like the name gen z better tbh.
I love how a slide in a youth dev workshop called my peeps gen x, we looked straight at that fossil and said "Sir, we are gen z in here, yes, all of us." that man died inside.
As a Millennial with a Gen Alpha niece I have seen some of the stuff she's watching and also making sure she knows the classics too. This kid will be alright as long as I have a say
Bro leave the kid be, it was the same thing with your parents, believing the classics are better, it’s what breeds the mindset of “everything I had was better”.
@@PastPositive oh no, I'm not saying I had better stuff, just letting her see what it's a remake of and what was referenced, we both love sitting together and watching Owl House but we also love watching Oliver and Company too
They're amazing. They are curious, smart, understanding, passionate, and PRACTICAL. GenZ has done a very good job of making sure their little cousins do okay. Gen Alpha is going to be the greatest generation in a long time. I hope they don't have to suffer the same fate as the Greatest Generation, but the Boomers sure are steering us directly into that reality. I'm scared for my littlest nieces and nephews. I'm doing everything I possibly can to prepare them for the world that is coming and their cousins prepare them for the world that is now. It is a family effort to help them be the best of us. I feel disgusted with how we fell for the Boomers' lie. I feel like if we listened to our older cousins, we wouldn't have been exploited like this. They told us that Mom and Dad did not have our best interest in mind, but we ignored them. Gen Alpha will not make these mistakes; they're just so...they are what the world needs.
@@CharliMorganMusic Niece: wants to go see Sonic Me: also wants to go to see Sonic My brother: wants a night off Me: HEY! WANT ME TO TAKE THE KIDDO FOR ICE CREAM AND A MOVIE SO YOU CAN GET SOME REST!? And we were all happy
Bro… your niece is a rare breed of Gen Alpha. because most of Gen Alphas are Skibidi Toilet Addicts, Cocomelon Addicts, and Gacha Life Kiddos or addicts.
I hate all these skits because millennials and gen z tend to get along, like we have similar interest and politics, all though gen z tends to be more extreme than millennials, both on the left and right wing. Like, there is no hatred between us. Also in this skit gen alpha would be Millenials child.
I come from Gen Z. born in 2002. We have been considered the youngest generation for some time and now it is a very weird feeling to see a new generation come up which is younger than us. I honestly feel like a grandpa lol. Well, the only thing we as Zers can do is to give yall "Alphas" a warm welcome. 😊
I didn't know a new generation was already being born after generation z but I always said that generation Z is the coolest and smartest generation but Maybe gen A will stand on the shoulders of giants an do better than all of us. --1985
@@ORIGINALTOPICS Most likely not the coolest, maybe "cool" and even that for just a limited amount of time just like everyone else because we are also gonna grow out and wont be so "cool" anymore after a few years. The new generation will be considered as the "cool" ones after.
As a millennial, I think both Gen Z and Alpha are absolutely adorable! My nieces and nephews are a part of both gens and stick to me like glue! Love them 😂❤
@@caitlingill My parents are boomers and my siblings are Gen X. I'm the only millennial and pretty much the bridge for the generations in my family lol
Same here. Never thought I'd ever be this old. 3 0 resided far away in the future, where we'd have flying cars, meals in pill form, moon colonies, robot servants and 120-year-lifespans. Boy, was 9 y/o me off his mark. 😅
@@epaminon6196 now we do actually have flying car prototypes but they will never come out into the public because of obvious safety reasons, we do technically have meals in pill form, as nowadays you can just have a pill of necessary nutrients, we will have a moon colony in probably 10-20 years because they’ve already finished setting up the perfect design, we are incredibly close t perfect robot servants actually, we have smart robot ai that is created and they “feel” actual emotions, we just gotta wait another 5-10 years for it to be fully fleshed out, and 120 year lifespans could be possible with future technology as we are incredibly well knowledgeable and know exactly what we need to be healthy enough to live that long. So your dreams aren’t that far off.
Imagine that, Gen Z portrayed as being bad at math Gen Z:"We're the future and you're the past" Gen y: "Mf, I am 28 you are like 4 years younger than me shut up."
Exactly! I’m 28 and a millennial. I’ve got two younger siblings in those weird in-between years of Y and Z, and one sibling who is a Z. She’s 5 years younger than me, and we really aren’t that different. I’ve even got a Z in-law who just had their 3rd baby.
Gen Alpha is 2011/2012 so they are 10-12 right now. Gen Z is 15 years long and starts in 1995+15=2010. So no, the oldest gen alphas are not teenagers this year.
@@almightymanlifter3976generation x is usually from 1965 to 1979 then 1980 to 1994 then 1995 to 2009 then 2010+ but there is a different range of generations that make gen alpha start in 2013 so it depends
I’m a Gen Z (pretty sure I’m either one of the older ones or in the middle range, I was born in 2003) and from my point of view, Gen Alpha’s the little cousins that I make sure don’t hurt themselves or something and bring snacks to when their parents are too busy talking to each other at family gatherings.
I was born in 93. I'm a Millennial. I don't know wtf happened cause last time I checked I was a freshman in college. BUT I'm no one's parent, I'm pissed I have to work n go to school to finish my Masters n begin on my Ph.D n all that leaves less time for happy hour. I AM UPSET because how did my youth get high jacked n how is the Gen born before me old enough to be my parent but I'm not old enough to be the generation under me's parent? Who picks these cutoff timelines!!!?? Your videos are perfect n make me laugh n cry at the same time!
I have 2 Gen Alpha Sisters (one is 2, and one is 4) and man they are annoying as fuck, and I can’t believe some people say that I am grouped with Gen Alpha aka the disgusting, vomit oozing, drooling, booger picking, food spitter toddlers, and Gacha or Skibidi Toilet addicts too.
@@DaACTUALLYREALReddie I don't have cousins born in the year 2010 exactly. They are more 2010s kids since they were born around the era of 2010s. As for your question, well, they do be annoying sometimes if I wasn't around (because obviously they are kids). Since I'm the oldest among all my siblings and cousins, I took charge every time my young uncles and aunts were not around. They entrust me with the responsibility to watch over them. They don't show their annoyance when I'm around because I'm a dominant big bro over them and they're scared lmao.
