Absolutely love the community, grounds, and how secure it is. Very upscale and private. I was rather surprised the seller chose not to fix up the pool while selling during summer? Just didn't seem proper, considering its an upscale community. Great layout but the wood finishes everywhere gave it kind of a medieval times feel. It was just too much for me.

Not going to lie. $1.2M in my area (Silicon Valley) gets you a 3/2 fixer upper in the barrio, where you're probably gonna get mugged on your way to getting shot.

I pause the video. Music stops. I can see her talking but I don't hear a word spoken. I agree about how she always looks great but I also like to hear the words. Am I the only one who only hears background music? I like to look at her AND listen to her. I know she's married and has a son. But I hate ASMR

Hi. I'm sorry you are having issues with the audio. I always test on my end, and it's working fine, along with a few other associates I had watch as well with no audio issues. I apologize for that - but I don't know how to fix it!

@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate Strange. I'm baffled how I hear no voice, only the music. But I hear your voice when I play it on my phone. I tried both Brave and Microsoft browsers. I guess you are right. This is weird on my end. All of your other videos work. Only this one video is silent with soft music.

@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate The background music is fine, but the audio from your mic is hard panned to the right which happens when a recording done in mono is placed on a stereo channel.

@@VegascoinVegas If you heard no voice and only music your system is only giving you audio from the left channel. You might want to check your audio settings, but there was an issue in the audio.

The style is just not modern, and I personally think the house would look odd with the outside architecture and Lake Como vibe -all grey/white modern finishes. If you wanted to do some updates with tile accents, etc it wouldn't cost anywhere near a million. It would be a shame to rip out the high quality kitchen and put cheap shaker cabinets in though, in my opinion. Appreciate your comment and watching :)

I get what you're, but 1.295 million? I'd rather buy a brand new Toll Brothers House across the lake for a lesser price or at worst same price. In fact, let me just do it.

@@marcusbrutus8632 I hear you and while I love the Toll Brothers homes, lot premiums for lake view lots that are nowhere near this view lot, are $445K up in the ridge, plus base price, plus some options. You’ll be in at least $1.6M. They actually have two standing inventory homes, $1.385,000, no view, no backyard. So, the value is here for sure on this home because of the view lot. It’s extremely special and valuable.
