This guy legit made it...I remember about 8 years ago when I got my first ball watching his feeding guide with mis matched home made rat racks...hard work pays off
JKRs facility looks amazing it is also immaculately clean MCs new facility is very nice as well👍👍👍 awesome to see these guys hard work paying off 👏 Thanks for sharing Big Dog
What an amazing facility Justin has, and well deserved for an awesome guy too. Hard work most definitely pays off!! Always a great vlog from you big homie 🙌
Awesome video guys. Love the friendship and set up. A vision for us to shoot for! You are both feeding us some amazing energy and inspiration. Thank you.
Justin covered everything but one key point with breeding rodents. VENTILATION!! or wherever u keep them will smell like P*ss. On top of different parasites and lung infections u are at risk of catchicng. Lol Justin's such a pro it probably smells like lavender in there. His ventilation systems next level👏🏿
I was thinking of doing epoxy flooring too. Seems to be the best choice. Are those PVC-U cladded walls and ceiling or is it a special antibacterial paint? I've been thinking about using PVC-U for mine. And how about HVAC systems? Does he use a carbon scrubber? Seems like a must but nobody seems to mention them. Is a HEPA filter over kill (just thinking of exponentials in case of infectious diseases, mould, and so on)? I like the emphasis on air circulation. I'm sure that helps maintain ideal temperature, humidity, and gas consistency. I have wooden walls so I'll probably cover the bottom two feet of my walls in 1-2mm anodised aluminium sheeting so rats don't eat through the walls. When you have that many animals you would want good air control and hygienic walls, ceiling, and flooring... I have a lot of other good original ideas too but unfortunately a lot of them are costly... Hopefully I can start off with a few and make my way up. Do you think this is still possible with hard work and rigorous projects or does one have to start off with large capital to succeed in this day and age?
At 0:12 you were about to say your boy JKR, and you said your good friend Justin Kobylka, so classy! Love the videos man, especially the behind the scenes stuff you do
Been waiting on you to drop your video from the trip! Fingers crossed you're gonna be in the Southeast with us soon enough brother. Love the passcode, it's so true too! The ball python market is COMPLETELY dead, you should just donate your collection to me 😂 .
Nice video and great facility,, dream facility right there.. gotta make my way out to Georgia one of these days.. gotta head out to Cali for a few different reasons but would like to take the detour over to your place Justin one of these days.. incredible
I really need to start labeling my tubs like i know what everyone of mine are and have in them and ive done this with up to 122 ball pythons i have never once mixed them up but i have had people ask well you sure it has this the bin isnt marked yea im sure these are the parents and whats in them
That was amazing!! I was waiting for the question if hes full on the adults than how do the 150 hold backs fit in to the future and how are those decisions made? Maybe next time😂 great job
hey justin you have enough room if you were to use the bottom racks which you currently are not idky maybe for some reason im sure, you have 800 plus, if i counted correctly it is 840 or 860 i lost count at one point so i may have missed 1 row, each row holds 20 minus 1 for the bottom but i included that for easy math and i believe i counted 42 vertical rows.
11:27 That room is a lot bigger than 40ft long. Each rack is at least 50" (more than 4 feet). There are a lot more than 10 racks on that left wall. 40x12? You think the length of the room is only 3.33 times as long as the width?
