I actually did some snooping around and already found the name of one of the higher-level executives of BigHit America, but that’s neither here nor there lol But yeah, BigHit America, if you didn’t already know, is going to be launched as part of this initiative that BigHit and Universal Music Group are partnering together to create which is a global music group assembled using the “K-pop formula”. The basic setup of that is that they’re gonna create and air an audition show through an American broadcast network to gain members for the group, the group will then be signed with BigHit America which will be based in Los Angeles, and they will undergo a training period similar to what BTS went through in their trainee days before eventually debuting. That’s the gist of the situation, but there’s so much more to it, and honestly, I think it’s super interesting and worth you and your friend doing a bit more research on it. Yo, no. They are known for buying their own fashion, rather than accepting freebies. They have a couple of brands that they represent, like Fila; I don't know what the arrangement is, there. But otherwise, they buy what they wear.

So, yeah, this video had a lot of misinformation in it. They were likely referring to how much money BTS bring into Korea's economy every year (which is now more than $4 Billion a year) with the recent single Dynamite alone bringing in $1.4 Billion to their economy. BTS also don't do sponsorships - they either partner with/become spokes people for the brand (which usually includes actual commercials and social media promotions) or they straight up buy what they want - they don't accept free stuff from brands. So, whatever clothes they are wearing is through them buying it themselves, or bought by the company if it's for official shootings/performances. As far as we know BTS kept all their shares as well as positions on the Board of Directors of Big Hit Labels, and right now the stock is worth about double what it's initial offering was (as all stocks do, it sored in price then dropped for a few months - it's now re-stabilized at about double initial). Big Hit is in the process of establishing Big Hit America in Los Angeles but we haven't been given a concrete date as to when they officially open doors, but once they do buying stock here will be easier, so keep a lookout for that.

Tbh I don't think most of their concert outfits ARE sponsored they're known to refuse many big brand deals bc they prefer buying their own stuff and dabble in different types of fashion instead of being tied to a specific brand the brands they do work with are more approachable by the general public (see a puma, Fila, Samsung, Hyundai etc)

Hi, I am back. Nice reaction. ty. They forgot to mention their clothing line and merch. The clothing line is a new venture. Fun fact; Their choreographer, is Son Sung Deuk. Of course each song has different choreographers. ON and Dionysus for example, was choreographed by a 19 year old girl, Sierra L. from The Lab a dance crew from LA. They won World of Dance and are backup dancers for BTS a few times. But Sung Deuk is always with them. He even acts as one of the dance crew sometimes =0p He´s really cool. But I think they do help add things to the choreography, especially Hobi and Jimin and later on JK and V. =0) Another Fun fact I just learned one member of Stray Kids( 8 member Kpop group) used to be a backup dancer for BTS. He performed in 3 of their harder songs. I think that's so cool. BTS really likes to help and many of their backup dancers are trainees. =0] I believe on April 2nd they are releasing a new Japanese song OST that's in a Japanese Movie and its also produced by Jungkook . Their personal wealth is not billions yet. Note, The video is a little old. JK who bought his first apartment for 1+ cash sold it. He purchased a 7 million US dollar detached house in Itaewon. This video is very inaccurate. They do not invest their own money into the band. Thats insane. And they earn basically 50% of what Big Hit brings in on everything they put out. And honestly we will never know how much they really make because its kept very private.
