Millionaires ABANDONED 1980s Party Mansion l I Cant Believe They're Demolishing This! 

Heartbreaking to me that what seems like a beautiful neighborhood is being sacrificed to greedy developers. What a waste of precious resources. Think of just the wood used to frame these huge homes will be pulverized as even more trees are cut down. Beautiful large home and that amazing basement. Lots of fireplaces. I prefer the real wood burning ones. House would have had amazing views. I’m sure beautiful snow scenes and fall foliage. Such a shame to destroy such an idyllic neighborhood. I absolutely HATE greedy developers who just tear homes down and put up unaffordable, cheaply built boxes. Whenever I hear of one of those developers going broke, I throw a party.

Beautiful community. If I lived there the builder wouldn't have paid me off. Greedy builders and greedy previous home owners who got sucked in because of money. Whatever happened to raising a family, cherishing memories and creating family generational histories. Thanks Noah for exposing more of this corruption, as it is all over the place.

The brick fireplace more than likely has the same brick that's on the exterior of the house. The second fire place has Slate Stone and with the veins it does like Fossil stone. Nice Explore ~~ Keep Orange Crushing It!

If this was my house, I’d be so sad to know it was being demolished! My parents have built 4 homes over my lifetime and if any of those were going to be torn down I don’t know if I could let it happen…

We can still make a difference and save places like this from extinction.

People who have the most money waste the most money and think nothing of it!! Pathetic!!! And such a beautiful area. Someone clear cut some acreage by my house, just chopped all of the trees down, and for ten years now have done nothing with the property. 😿

It's horrible that nothing is being recycled, windows, island, cabinets fixtures, doors. Sad. Wasteful. I can't afford new, they do not repurpose.

😒 Exasperating demolishing perfectly livable homes …. And destroying mature trees .. SICKENING 😡 Why not incorporate these homes into their development I’m SURE they paid more than enough for them …. That’s one of the things I did add to the home I moved to ( a 1/2 bathroom in the basement ) my old house/duplex ( 1908 ) had toilets on both sides in the basement ( no sinks ) but the last buyer REMOVED them when they remodeled both sides .

Thoes switches on the wall in the kitchen I think u said you don't know what they are thoes are called digital dimming system and some link to an app also..but yes basically there dimmers for lights..they can range in price like 40 to 80 Dollers a piece I have a older digital dimmer it cost almost 100 Dollers back in the 90's..

If I'm slightly right, this could be the new development at the Northwest corner of Bayview and Vandorf Sideroad in Aurora. I went by there in the past month or two and saw all the trees were knocked down. There has/had been a municipal sign in front of the main entrance to the houses for about a year stating there were going to be changes coming. I could be wrong on location.

Judging from the finishes and the blue carpet I am thinking these were built in the mid to late 90’s. Weird that a developer was able to acquire all the homes in a subdivision from the homeowners. But can understand the attraction of greedy developers to build more homes closer together, obviously for profit, combined with the current provincial government to build more homes quicker in Ontario. Sad that the nice properties will soon be smaller homes crammed together in a cookie cutter subdivision.

Don't understand why they want to demolish these beautiful homes that would cost them more and to put more expensive housing, when the could just repair these and sell them at a profit and make money.

Yep, sorry Noah, that's a mansion, a nice one at that still. Move in ready at 40 years old but no one can. That appeared to me to be slate around the fireplace. Who ever the original developer was, they could of kept some trees, I never did like those large wide open lots. I wonder how many units they'll cram in there now? I bet it'll be one of those developments where the houses are so close together that if one burns, they all burn. I hope someone, even if it's the demo contactors, saves the appliances.
