Nice to meet you Mr Johnson or Mr Mayor. When Trump made that comment , I had to contain my laughter, lol. I visited Milwaukee in 1980 when I was 10 ( even watched the Brewers at the old park with bleachers as many kids would spit down watching how many levels until it hit someone, lol) I believe Trump when driving in city, he was looking at the CONCRETE CITY OF FOREVER SIGHT. Its a city where I have never seen so much use of concrete everywhere I looked. But Trump does this when he enters into lower class areas or the lesser of the rich in a city like Milwaukee as quoting at times " Why its so dirty within middle class areas as well. Said that about Mira Mesa that year. For me , well I know about the history of political stages of Socialism ( which is not bad for big cities to use but many get gung ho and say , no its a commy , when they still dont know the system as being opposite) within Wi, not too far back as well.
