She is an awesome mother. I'm glad she is on this show, showing her life with a special child with a disability. That was very brave of her as in Asia is not as accepting or very open about individuals with special needs. Many in the community are grateful for her being open and that has allowed a greater openness, awareness, and conversation of a more inclusive society for people with disabilities.

Most kids and teens are so hard to say sorry even when they are at their own fault.. Min, even though he has his own circumstances he still say sorry to his mom 😢

How can you not cry? I respected her so very much. It takes a special person to have that much patience. I have a cousin with a child without any speech. As he grew older he became more frustrated but she is always there with the appropriate response. Sending you more strength mom. And lots of love

Yoonah is a saint. I honestly admire her for raising her child so well. Dealing with teenagers is hard, and I am sure it's wayy harder for her, but she's doing a fantastic job with Min, and you can see the results - he apologized a few times, and cooperated with her. I cried she’s so strong if I saw her I would hug her and offer to help, her kid is so adorable and she’s so amazing is just so heart warming.

I wonder what type of learner he is. I learned multiplication through song. We were also taught the lower numbers first and then taught the bigger number by reversing the way we already knew. I remember playing multiplication games on the computer and against other people. Against other people was probably the second best way for me to learn because it was about repetition, speed, competition, and prizes. We also did timed multiplication tables as well as the little block manipulatives. Explaining multiplication with physical examples usually helps visual it and then transfer it to fingers.

This made me cry because i can relate to the growing of a son when he hits puberty. Same situation. Mothers are strong and will do anything to strengthen the love they have for their children.

I cried so hard the first time. Now this time seeing her bank statement letter was so beautiful. She’s a strong and talented mother to be able to act, cook and take care of her son with a disability. I’m so glad that she made the leap and let people know the struggles that every parent/family goes through. I love them so much!! Thank you for sharing ❤️

It makes me so emotional to see someone with autism represented in a country where it’s so stigmatized. As an autistic person in a home where my family isn’t at all understanding I appreciate how she handles 민’s disability and meltdowns and it makes me so happy to see all of them treat him normally and I hope they all continue to do so off screen as well :(💗

I didnt know till today.. that i can cry this much.. Min eomma... sarangayeo.. Also i wish to say i love you to my mom.. No one is perfect but i am sure my mom did face many difficulties in raising me.. I miss my mom eventhou she is just in the kitchen cooking dinner.. not only min mom and my mom.. all moms are GOD.. There crying I'm crying the woman is the sweetest ever Min is precious and he has an amazing person teaching him the way of life but her notes to him in his bank book broke me cause you can feel her devotion and love for him... Alot of times I feel some parents love is circumstantial like my mom she took care of me because she felt obligated not because I was her pride and joy Min is this ladies entire everything!

They're in online school set up right? Idk what happening, but my sister here as well, forgot addition to multiplication, before covid happened she knows this very well, but then when online classes started, she forgot everything EVERYTHING (ithink because therewas alongbreak before classes started here). And its so nice to see Min trying his best to relearn everything, the discipline , most kids would whine about that. His mom raised him very well :)

The mom is beyond amazing. She's realistic and helping her kid become self sufficient instead of sheltering him. My neighbor's kid has similar conditions as Min and it is so hard to find resources to help the kid, in my country. I feel useless but I can only imagine how much worse her parents feel.

I want to cry the banknotes was so heartwarming that I feel like I want to cry.

They remind me of me and my mom... Since I was a kid I had trouble learning and expressing my emotions so it was really difficult for me to communicate with others... My mom always took care of me, and tried her best to understand what I'm feeling. Now I'm 16 and I've been having a really hard time, just like Min, sometimes I would just cry but since I didn't know what was going on either I would feel bad afterwards and just say sorry... Every time I'm having a hard time my mom makes me feel safe and like I'm not alone... Sometimes emotions can be too overwhelming for me but my mom tells me that it is ok to feel like that, and that soon I'll be ok. I have so much gratitude towards my mom. My dad isn't the same... when I tell him something that has been making me feel sad and overwhelmed he says "you're crazy" or "everyone goes through that" which makes me even more confused and it made me wonder if I'm actually "crazy"... Ik he's trying his best, and understanding can be difficult... I swear usually people react that way but my mom never did the same...

I watch 18 again and the dad made a bank book just like this on the show. Its one of my goals if i become a parent
