I genuinely love this scene, not just because it's Seiya's first time spiraling so badly that he's missing multiple shots in a row, but because of _why_ Seiya started spiraling in the first place. Anytime Minato gets injured, no matter how minor or major, he's immediately thrown back to the accident that took Minato's mom and nearly took Minato with her. He already feels responsible for it since, in the anime, he called out to them while they were on the crosswalk, and that guilt of his is mostly depicted in S1, particularly when he's evidently going out of his way for Minato to make up for the things he didn't do for him when he needed it most. But he's repeatedly greeted by the prospect of Minato leaving him behind, for better or worse, and it weighs on his mind a lot more than he lets on. He's usually able to easily brush past the question or tackle it with a question of his own, but seeing Minato's thumbnail seriously struck a chord in him at the worst time imaginable. I've seen a good number of people express their dislike for Seiya not openly telling Minato about all of this, but I get the feeling Minato _knows_ this, and this scene of him holding his draw to put the team back on track is telling of that imo.
Get fully into Kai. Relax the upper body and use the tanden and skeleton, not the muscles. Forget about the results. Expand the body from the centreline and let Hanare happen on it's own; don't make it happen. If you do everything correct, you will hit the Mato. That's what my Sensei says to me.
