Oooh, that looks so yummy and comforting! Love the recipe cause of the simplicity. I also love the inclusion of green vegetables which adds fiber. I’m just wondering why not use ground pork instead? That way, you don’t have to do the extra step if actually mincing the meat. I’m sure there is a logical answer to it, but it escapes me. Anyhow, great recipe and thanks for sharing! Hello Ralph, This is the kind of comfort food we grew up with. The base is the congee and you can build your own, like make your own salad.😊 You can use minced meat but I don't trust people will wash their meat before mincing it. That is why I mince my own.
