This is a meat version of the popular pie - banitsa. Note that this will not be a meatball pie, but a minced meat pie. The meat must be sufficiently tender and pliable. This way it will not contrast, and together with the eggs and yellow cheese it will fit as a delicious and pleasant filling.

1 packet of pie crusts
500 g minced pork
200 g of yellow cheese
2-3 eggs
1 onion
50 grams of butter
30 ml of oil
Paprika
Pepper
Turmeric
Sprinkle (mixture of flaxseed, sesame and black cumin)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons yogurt
150 ml of carbonated water
