Great material that’s presented in a very deliberate but short and concise manner! I personally found the closing remarks exceptional! They were truly useful providing the listener a quick rundown of the key points covered. i.e., identify the common negative thought, practice techniques of focused concentration by returning to what you’re doing even after a significant distraction, and holding onto your decisions no matter how small or big. The book is definitely worth a try, Bravo!

I enjoy how these books get right to the point. The book explains the concept gives you an example then tells you how to fix it. Sometimes there is no more mental space left in oneself, to listen to what's in between the what, why, and how. Thank you for sharing 🙏

Once someone decides they want or need to change then the real challenge begins, I tried to quit alcohol before smoking, failed, now quitting smoking and slowly breaking the chains of alcohol by replacing it with delicious foods and fruit.
