This is the first introductory video for the "Mind Project"
The video is about my journey and the past life events and traumas that have lead me to create this channel in the hope to inspire others.
The channel has been set up to help and assist those through their journey of change and transformation.
Over time i will be adding a vast range of resources and inspirational videos created by those who have dedicated their life to helping others with the journey of transformation.
