It can be hard to find moments of peace and quiet in a fast-paced world. In creating the Mindful Baking videos we wanted to highlight how important, how enjoyable and how delicious it is to slow down, get yourself into the kitchen and take some time to bake. I find that connecting with the ingredients and processes involved in baking can be really good for de-stressing, and I'd like to share some of those moments with you through these videos. Sam and I hope to cover simple, honest recipes that are soothing and enjoyable to prepare, without to need for too much equipment, and we'd love it if you bake along, or just watch along.
Our first video is for Flourless Chocolate Cookies. They're soft, gooey, uber-chocolatey and delicious, and we really hope you enjoy watching and making them.

Ingredients:
50g Unsalted Butter
170g Dark Chocolate
130g Caster Sugar
20g Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 Large Free Range Eggs
100g of additions. These can be any choc chips or nuts that you like. I have used: 60g White Chocolate Chips and 40g Pistachio nuts.
Optional Extras:
1/2 bar of White Chocolate
Flakey Sea Salt
