A series of calligraphy tutorials made for Mental Health Awareness Week where we explore the soothing nature of calligraphy.
Each of the 5 videos is designed to show you how calligraphy can bring an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
To follow along, you will need a piece of paper and a pencil. Using a pencil for your calligraphy practice is brilliant, you can take it wherever you go, and whenever you have a spare few minutes, you can get creative!
We would love you to do these drills yourself, so here is a link to a printable download. Take your time getting to grips with the process by making the simple basic strokes until you feel confident in your control.
