Your sessions are the best--for me--in the evening, when I'm slowly winding down for the day. They're slow, soothing, and contemplative. You''ve claimed a spot during this part of my day and I thank you for this...Anastasia
For the last few years I have been in and out of the hospital and went through a few surgeries...I was stationary for so long I gained a LOT of weight and I am trying to lose it but there are not a lot of videos for people as big as me, this was wonderful I added it to my work out and I found some of the postures easy to modify to my body type THANK YOU
DVDs would be great!! They're for my parents in their 80s and they don't understand RU-vid/computer viewing stuff, but they're familiar with their TV and DVD player. I really like this series!! Thanks, Dar : )
This is terrific! Working with a knee problem at the moment...so frustrating I cannot even walk the dog. This was just right. I did the15 minute, then went on to the 30 minute, skipping the knee twisty things. Thank you so much for this. I'll be back. Namaste.
Chair Yoga is a great gift for those who do not give up on themselves or an active life style. If you are a senior or someone with an injury ; you can use these video's to help you get back to good health, and move forward with your life

This was fantastic! Thanks so much! I'm a yoga teacher...I sustained a neck/shoulder injury recently and am now very limited in what I can do physically. This practice was great for me to start getting back into asana practice, very slowly. Thank you so much.

Thanks for the video. I'm just starting mindfulness and yoga. I do wish you did a few more reps in the video, more back and leg stretches as well. I will add this to my favorites though :)
Many seniors have osteoporosis/osteopenia therefore it is essential to avoid forward folds/bends or any movement that flexes the spine. Hip hinging and use of blocks are advised for a modified forward fold.
Hi Carol. You make a good point. Forward bends can be tricky and they put a lot of pressure on the lower back. Because of this, I have taken the seated forward fold out of my subsequent videos and I usually do not teach it. Thanks for your comment!
