Putting down Should, Have to's and just allowing the Present to Be. For me there is nothing to Fear, but that requires knowing that there is nothing to Hope for either, No opposites nor judgements nor desires. Thank you for your sharing. I am a Thai, keep maintaining the Buddhism culture. Especially doing the middle way meditation. It help me a lots and also can be create the nice atmosphere around me as well . It can feel the real inner peace inside mind.
