Goals, I have so many. Stop buying things I need, start building it. I just built a beautiful bed frame for our new mattress. I would like to start focusing on my health more (food/exercise). I would also like to journal in the evening. I would also like to stay on top of things a little better (bills/paperwork/kids education). & one last thing.. reduce/minimize the items in my home.
Minimalism not because it’s a fad currently, but it’s what is best for my brain and soul! I breathe deeply and peacefully in a simplistic setting. I have started already and am planning one drawer / cabinet a week. It’s attainable it may take me a few months to do my bedroom but I have other goals too. Thanks @Meghan for asking!

Happy New Years! One of my goals is to slow down but still manage to be productive this year. Last year I got a lot done but I also wore myself out and was sick the majority of December and that was not fun. I think it’s better to be able to get stuff done without going crazy. Thank you for these simple mindsets! Definitely coming back to this video in the weeks to come when I start to get sidetracked. 😁
