Do you ever feel so angry that you just want to scream at the top of your lungs? Well, we do too. When you're feeling angry, see this as a warning sign from your body telling you that something's not right. Screaming into a pillow is actually a very therapeutic method that allows you to process your anger and let go of it.
So, try this full exercise with Charlie to help release that pent up anger inside of you and let us know how you feel afterwards!
