Arizona has some of the best geological finds. I have to wonder what scared the trees, they look petrified... Now go get some malachite, azurite, and amethyst!
My Nanna gave me a bunch of petrified wood that she found in Arizona with her brother a long time ago, but it's all just wood colored (brown, black, white). I had no idea petrified wood could have so many color variations! Makes me want to go rockhounding. Have you ever tried to make a gemstone cut from any of those pieces for a ring or necklace?
Loving your rock hound adventures. Jealous of you being able to travel to these places and still play disc golf. I hope to travel to some of these places you've shown to find some of these gems. I'm always looking for arrowheads but pick up interesting rocks that look good to my eye. Most of my rocks are sex rocks though. Safe travels!
Those are amazing! We are planning to head to the DoBell Ranch on one of our next adventures outside of Utah. You found some beautiful pieces, especially the agate and jasper with those reds and yellows! Love the rockhounding videos and just subscribed to your channel!
😮 you found some amazing petrified branches & logs! I did this at the Florissant Fossil Quarry in Colorado & I used to do this as a kid in Wisconsin. Keep up the cool content!
I dunno what rocks you dig in particular, pun intended, but one of the few places in the world for Rutile is in Lincoln County, GA. It might be 30 minutes from WR Jackson.
you'd do well on westside or lone star, if lonestar isn't quite a fit then maybe westside, dynamic, or thought space athletics. you have too much value to be with the worst brand in disc golf. I would bet $20,000 that if there was a poll that went out saying what is the worst brand in disc golf, excluding franklin, prodigy would get the most votes for worst brand. please name one brand worse than prodigy. if they aren't good enough for one of the best players in the world and number 1 team member, why should they be good enough for anyone else
