I just discovered the physics of armor stands the other day, this definitely steps it up a notch. Love it. Also if you didn't know, if you place an armor stand on top of a bottom slab, it will actually fall down onto the slab surface instead of hovering above like everything else will

You can put lava underground and place armor stands above it in the same cross pattern and then use a piston to push whatever blockbuster into the upper part of the stand and it'll look like an even better fireplace

for 1.9 you break the piston first then the power source so then the piston doesnt pull the armor stand

if you make the powered rails on the roulette table toggleable you can make it actually function. But there is the slight problem with starting it back up again. But by pushing minecart next to the one with the armor stand it might be possible.
