Hey I doubt you see this but I’ve made an extremely fast triple piston extender with floor one above and the red stone doesn’t go underneath the lowest piston
I’ve been subscribed for a while, and yet I’m still surprised will everything you’ve managed to do. Bravo my friend, bravo. Your content is truly insurmountable.
For anyone whose bridge doesn’t work, it’s not because you missed a step. The button extends and retracts the piston and the observer sees it as 2 block updates which then confuses the whole machine. I found that using a lever helps with this problem because the observer will only see one block update and best of all, both levers can be flicked to the same sides and it won’t break the build! Hopefully, that should help!
@@danpittard4867 how do you do it exactly? I’m new to using redstone and I’m on ps5 but when I click the button the bridge won’t fully extend and not both sides are moving
Redstone has turned from being smart to get it right to testing every possible combination of observers, pistons, repeater timings and droppers/redstone lamps, making things very frustrating and then finally... you get it right. I mean we probably use observers more than any other redstone component.
Just finished building it. Worked great for a minute then broke. Can you believe a bee got stuck inside one of the mine carts and caused it to malfunction? That's a truly amazing build. I love it. Thanks for another awesome build.
Thank you for all the amazing designs I am a PE player I play on my iPad and most videos don’t work on PE but every video is so useful thank you so much and keeping on making videos
@The Bow Tie Man well your silly and overdramatic actions always impress and makes me laugh, one of the million reasons I love your vids and channel. Keep up the good work, already excited for you to hit 1M subs! 😁😁😁👍👍👍
This video was the video where I finally started to understand what your talking about and I can now see how those things work and go together and people say tutorials aren't helpful for learning
It’s a really cool mechanism and I’d love to use it in my world, yet I’ve run into a serious issue. It dosent work when I get to the 12 minuet mark and he tests it. I’m in 1.15.2 someone please help explain it I’ve done it over like 30 times and it still doesn’t work.
I was having trouble building this,I built it exactly as you said but when I went to test it as 11:51 it didn’t retract just kida shifted in place.Do you know what’s the problem??
I’ve got the exact same problem tried twice now and I’m sure that I’ve done it correctly but it does sometimes work but sometimes leaves a few out can’t see what I’ve missed :(
This is rediculously awesome! Now what would be awesome is if we could figure out how to make a self building bridge in bedrock like Jumbo did. Keep up the great work BowTie Man! I watch all your vids. Great stuff!
Thanks so much :D really pleased you liked it 👍🏻 I think that would have to require full flying machines... Which don't work the same in bedrock annoyingly ☹️ Thanks so much! Really appreciate it :)
Well boo! Oh well. I have a 20 block wide River that I'm trying to build a working drawbridge for. I was thinking flying machines. But obviously not gonna work. Back to the ol' drawing board
The bridge is amazing, but more so than that this is an amazingly compact quadruple piston extender! I need to think of some ideas. Diverting water flow of a giant waterfall to reveal a 4x4 or 6x6 piston door sounds sweet.
Hey all, Does this still work in the Windows 10 edition? Mine works with the lever as it should. But as soon as I do the rest (hopper dropper, trip wire ect. It does something different every time I click the button LOL (sometime it works, sometimes one side comes out, sometimes the other, sometimes it just stays closed. Different every time) Thanks
I actually saw another guys video and i didnt have the same minecraft as him and it didnt work and i saw yours and was so excited! Thanks so much. I wish people played Minecraft more though :( wait that was mumbo!
Wow! Last time I was looking at your channel you were at 2-5k! You have grown your channel by quite a lot! I still think you need more subs though, you deserve it xD.
Awesome build! Amazing how you build something so complex and compact blows my mind ahaa. built it and it work great once or twice and then for the next few times does retract all way sometime one side will leave one out and other to then vice verser and then one will open all way and other leave one or two block sticking out, and suggesting please driving me insane haha. Great video though
Using the new honey blocks I’ve built a self launching TNT bomber. The way it works is a 5 by 6 hole opens in the ground then a transport flys up until your desired elevation then it drops off the bomber which then flies away and drops bombs. I’m still working out the kinks but once it’s done I was wondering if you could try to make it more efficient or compact
@The Bow Tie Man yeah I’ve just gotta replace a couple things and make sure that the horizontal machine doesn’t get pushed up when trying to detach right now it works about half the time so a bit more tinkering
Can you please build a toll bridge that you pay for then go in then its free to go back out also great build! By the way you respond to like every comment #MindBlown I've been looking at all the toll bridge builds they all dont work on Xbox! Also 1:07 the music is called Slammin
Do a bridge that collapses (either a trap or for staging epic battles- You yell YOU SHALL NOT PASS and then break the bridge) Challenge: Do it with no TNT Make it so you can use "Magic powers" to bring the bridge back.
This is perfect for my modern mansion I have a garden with a pond and I can build this for my bridge 😎 (Got all your redstone builds in my house for example the elevator and secret entrance)
The Bow Tie Man This is actually helpful because on my survival world on my Nintendo Switch I live in a deep ravine and need a way to cross to the other side of it.
Try to keep recreating some of mumbo jumbo's redstone because what he makes is cool although it's for java so I would appreciate if you try to recreate his builds And keep the good work!
It is amazing, best Redstone RU-vidr I have seen but I have come to an issue with putting the bridge in water I can’t because of the string and I can’t cover the string up with blocks cause then they would be no point in a bridge
Great video! However I’m having some trouble with the button at the end. I can run through the tripwire and the bridge works perfect but once I press the button it’s a different combination of extending and retracting every time. Any advice?
You’re a good RU-vidr, tutorials are something I very much enjoy. I do NOT enjoy the goofy and ridiculous “comedic relief” that seems to happen too often. Like the one with your guide to circuitry with RoboTieMan. I could not watch the rest of the video due to that being so frequent. I like it as long as it doesn’t take over the entire vid
😂 I can take critism, I think it's good to know what's good and bad. It's just a little hard to take seriously when someone calls something which you may have worked hard on "ridiculous". I respect that it's your opinion, but the majority enjoyed it. I'm sorry if you don't like the silliness in the videos, but tbh I put it in there so it's not just a normal boring tutorial. I hope you understand
The Bow Tie Man of course, and I would like to clarify that I didn’t mean ridiculous in a negative sense, it was perhaps the wrong choice of word. Perhaps it’s southern raising, I admit it hasn’t taught me the best of articulation. I’m sure it was well received though. I should have chosen my words differently as my intention was to express my fondness of tutorials that got to the point more. As well as my fondness for some of your older tutorials that had less comedy in them. My apologies for any offense I caused
@@bigbossadidoss8678 no problem, it's all good :) We can have different opinions and that's good and healthy. No hard feelings in the slightest 😁 Thanks for the clarification 👍🏻
Awesome bridge but I wish I knew before building the whole thing that I wouldnt be able to use this bridge for lava crossing due to the string placement
