@@butterfly-fy3wz ofc, it was originally designed to work on that, but due to the world not being ready to handle among us engineering, dave had to redesign it for minecraft
The video quality keeps getting better and better. This was top notch ♥ I'm glad you're getting comfortable using voice overs, they add a whole lot of life into these videos. All the explanations, snippets you used for it are great. The only thing I would suggest more is looking into adding a few infographics (even animating those similar to how you animated the highlights showing y level and mobcaps in those shots but a lot more expansive) to help people visualize things easier. (The youtube subtitles must have been so time consuming, but it's a nice touch btw.)

Yes, I agree, I should've used more infographics, but since it was my first time doing this type of thing, I obviously didn't have the experience to make good ones as of yet. Super solid videos, concepts, explanations and editing! I've subscribed, just one recommendation, your audio fluctuates throughout the video, both in voice and music volumes. It'd be easier for people to follow without having to adjust volume levels. Perhaps try keep your voice at the same dB level, and have two music dB levels of 'background' and 'showcase'. Should be a super easy adjustment considering how well your videos are already made! Appreciate the content :D

I agree with your recommendation, as it was my first proper speaking video I was bound to not do so great on the audio quality lol. I will try what you suggested and also do some more research on audio quality and make it better for my next video!

tbh if you want a smaller size farm, I'd check out other simple farms like IanX04's design. This farm was mostly designed for a 3+crossroad for max rates.
@@Dave_Rooney For intermediate farm , fortune8diamond farm is even better: it is the fastest non-crossroad no-peri wither skull farm i have ever seen , and can be build in almost any soul sand valley fortress. It also require mostly cheap material ( exept for the iron golems and beacon )Definitly recommend building it , produce ~1 skull every 8 second

im trying to use modhud on a server and i've downloaded servux but i cant seem to see the boundary boxes. i have all the toggles enabled so im not sure what to do

Hey, i built this in my survival world but im having a issue with the minecraft and hopper minecarts. Issue with the minecarts is that the are exploding into a mess after being dispensed and getting lost from the farm. issue with the hopper minecarts is that the all fall off the track and land on the redstone repeter. I think whats happening is its dispensing them to quickly? idk if u have any idea what might be going on.
I have a question I found a perfect nether fortress in the soul sand valley with a lot of lava around it , no blocks interfering with the fortress and I think 5 crossroads, the problem is the litematica doesn’t fit on all crossroads could u help me out ?
Yes it is a 3 crossroad design, tbh it might be too much of a modification to work for a 2x2 crossroad, but you're more than welcome to try yourself ^^ Ideally you'd use a 3 long one with any extras.
Use a piston (where the trapdoor is) to push the armour stand into the amethyst so that it sits inbetween 2 blocks then destroy the piston so that it doesn't retract the armour stand. If you're still having difficulty, dm me on discord and I'll send a video ^^
I really want to make this farm in my world, but I have a question. Is it possible to build and use this farm with just using optifine, minihud and if needed an autoclicker mod?
i was testing this in creative and i can´t get more than 1300 skulls/h , i built it in a 3 crossroads within a 1k by 1k perimeter (more than perfect spawning conditions). is there something i can do to reach desired rates? thx i rly liked the design and concept of this farm

Why do you say in the video that the bottom platform should be at level 48? my intersections are at a different height. Would it be fair for me, for example, to level 65 for the lowest platform?@@Dave_Rooney
@@ЕвгенийЧуприк-е7ч because the lower it is, the higher the rates will be, you can still do it at your height but expect slightly lower rates than advertised
because, if the blocks arent in the small bounding box but in the huge bounding box around the entire fortress structure, mobs could spawn on nether brick blocks
I'm assuming you're talking about the skirt around the farm? If so, it's because nether fortress mobs consider the nether bricks to be part of a fortress even if it isn't. But this only works within the whole nether fortress area/bounding box.
item collection looks way too slow..?? one cart yeeter at that speed is simply not enuogh... my wiske farm doesnt produce these rates and i have 2 cart yeeters and they can barely keep up due to the excess stone swords.

No not really. The video tells you it adds about 7 MSPT, which is fine. + it will be in an isolated location in the nether, likely not near anything else contributing to lag.
For anyone that’s is bitching that he isn’t just giving out a schematic for this build needs to stfu. It’s a 7 dollar Patreon subscription which he provides more than just this farm. Pay the 7 dollars or go build one yourself
