Minecraft: How to Build a Pond

Hardest part is not the building. Is not the getting materials. Its the filling rhe pond with water lol.

I used your video for inspiration on my pond! But did a couple things differently, I added rooted dirt in with my course dirt and sand at the bottom. And when I was bonemealing the dirt to create grass, I realized that the coral flowers would sometimes spawn in as well, so I got a bunch of those and used flowered azalea bushes instead of regular bushes. And I also surrounded it with moss blocks to give it a brighter green look instead of reg grass. I’m not completely finished with it but I’m really happy with it because I clearly don’t have good enough creativity to come up with some thing like this on my own, I still have yet to add the bridge and vegetation around the pond but the inside is nice and bright/colorful. I also added sea pickles so it would be nice and bright. I was going to add sea lights, but I didn’t want to go too crazy LOL (it’s already kinda cluttered but I think cluttered ponds are pretty, especially when they’re full of color)

When this notification came to my phone I was like a pond? But when I saw the thumbnail I was like WOWOWO

i found that putting horn coral in the item frame also works very well as the center of the water lily, it also looks incredible with the rest of the pond! great video!

When trying to build I always struggle with what to place rather than where to place it, I can never work out in my mind what would look good before I place it. I love this tutorial because it tells me the blocks I can use to make it look good, but encourages me to place things where I want :) great tut

For the people who can't do the water lily: Try just crouching and putting the coral fan on the trapdoor, if it's possible. I haven't tried that yet, but I saw someone do it in another video. However, it may only work for Java. So, if problems persist, us Bedrock players may need to just use lily pads and water.

Ppl that build like this makes me happy tbh the aesthetic vibe to the build, I miss playing mine craft man, these videos are like asmr to me

Finally I found this! I have to stop making a one block hole pond.

for Survival, we can make it mob proof by surrounding it by a lazer fence or by other techniques, and we can add a house beside it, to live in, and go to the beautiful pond whenever we want, also when we are in water, its sound is satisfying

Tip: If you have trouble filling the pond with water use kelp. Place it under the water and it will fill up
