Literally. I went back to the original series recently since i was drawing some of the mobs in a similar school setting. It was actually still funny and still laughed at the interactions. Makes me sort of wish someone gave it a fresh coat of paint, it would be excellent. Don't even need to use the exact same story, same mobs, same whatever. Minecraft has changed so much since then.

Not all modern monster school is bad. As someone who dove around a lot I found some videos with actual story line and character… even if I only found 2 so far.

My only memory of monster school is seeing one of those 24 hour live streams where they played all of the videos, clicking on it, watching about 10 seconds before going "tf is this", clicking off and never seeing it again until now

An overused cliché that these modern Minecraft Monster School videos have is the overuse of Royalty Free stock music that doesn’t get copyrighted. Usually it's Kevin Macleod, NEFFEX, or NCS.

Imagine if someone made a monster high school, in which the students from the older Willcraft videos started teaching the next generation of mobs. like the zombie taught the husk and the drowned how to raid a village.

There is a monster school animator left, its called Ghostblock animation, though he uses other games in his series, his monster school videos has awesome animation with heart put into it and awesome story with continuations

I think there is one Minecraft Monster School RU-vidr that deserves recognition: Rancher6 His videos are really high quality and have nothing sexual in them. His animation style is amazing and his stories are incredible! If you want to watch Monster School, then Rancher6 is the best option you can have (he also did Herobrine's backstory, truly beautiful and a masterpiece 👌) I would say XDJames is also good but he tends to put a lot of "Love Stories" that tend to be repetitive. But his videos around 2020 - 2021 were really good, and i love most of them (some of 2022 are also good but not all of them).

Minecraft content on RU-vid in 2023 is absolutely derogatory, shameful, disgusting, and is filled with a cringe of stupidity that shames the real aspect on what Minecraft has achieved. It is sad to see the current state of Minecraft content littering the platform that wasn’t created out of passion to only solely milk it for the sake of money and views for whiny newer generations.

Not to mention it was a massive reason why Herobrine went from a fan made horror element to a joke.... and not even a good one

When i was 13, i came out to my parents as a morbius male. They couldnt accept my morbality, so they sent me off to camp. They just didnt understand- i was morbed that way. At the camp, they gave us electromorb therapy to morb us into beta males. I resisted the treatment, being a morbius male, you cant morb me out of being morbed.

I still remembered Monster School for my entire life.

When I watched Monster School, it was near the tipping point. I watched some of the good ol content while also watching the bottle flip ones. But I'm EXTREMELY grateful that I stopped before the seggsy content. I'm pretty sure I saw some videos of that before I stopped and even I found it weird. When it comes to these things I usually avoid the seggsy content(i was in the gacha fandom for 3 years and I barely encountered any gacha heat!)
