Did this episode give anyone flashbacks to when ssundee made a cleaver that did 75 damage in sky factory

Try getting the mob spawner from the same mod of the xp sink, if you condense the xp and feed it to the machine, you can spawn infinite mobs (as long as you have at least 1 spawn egg of the mob) so for something like marble bees that you cant breed to get it, you get the spawn egg and by using the mob spawner and at least 1 condensed xp you will get more bees out of 1 spawn egg

1 - you shouldnt need any wither proof blocks, i think you could use obsidian below its feet (obsidian can be destroyed by the wither, but NOT by the initial explosion iirc), and as long as you maybe hide behind a wall so it can't see you, it should be killed before it flies anywhere. 2 - the wither is 3.5 blocks tall, so you should have a FOUR block gap, not a THREE block gap, between the roof an the ceiling (you copuld see in the video it take suffocation damage before being killed), or it COULD technically fly out through the block all this is from my vanilla knowledge i dont think any mods should change any of that but you might want to test

Watching this series reminds me that everyone plays minecraft differently. Personally I pushed to craft/breed all the bees I could and automate the hives for them before worrying about other infrastructure, this way when I needed netherrack/debris/quartz/bronze/steel/invar/etc for crafting I just needed to grab the combs and process them. It also helps that I looked at the creative items that are the end goal and mapped out the bees I would need to produce the needed materials. Of course there is no wrong way of playing, but when you need 3000 blocks of items for a singularity and 10 singularities for each creative item (not to mention the ultimate ingots) getting started on acquiring enough raw materials early made sense to me. Side-note getting terrasteel and cobalt bees sucks. Terrasteel at least is as normal through botania but since you need 18 ingots for the bee nectarblock you need a lot of mana. Cobalt you need 3 blocks of cobalt so 27 ingots but the only way I found was to use the orechid ignem(?) to make cobalt ore which is a shoddy 7/64 spawn ratio. That took a lot of mana and waiting for the cobalt to be spawned. Thankfully you can get 2 ingots per ore in the smeltery so only 14 ore blocks, but going through all that netherrack was just so slow.

You should expand the bee block. Make it huge like a terrarium where the bees just fly around and you can put the hives on a tree in the center. That way the vacuum hopper can get to them and the building will be so beautiful.

You could also get the capturing enchantment on your cleaver

you can duplicate nether quartz with a quartz grindstone (turn it into 2 dust) and the jar thingies (turn 1 dust into 1 nether quartz)

Something that kind of breaks the part of mods about Nether mobs, is not having armor for Wither Boss, I don't know why, but it would be cool to have an armorset of it, with unique effects, it would be cool :3

You can make any vanilla overworld logs with the wood honeycomb rather than growing and chopping trees

Why not use the obsidian bees to produce obsidian instead of using the smeltery everytime.

I'm surprised he went the long winded way with rubber instead of making the bee. The nectarblock and bee only requires wood and water combs, both of which he had lol. Maybe it was just to get the quest done? Hmmm

This will absolutely be off topic. But i was reently convinced that technology should be restricted to only healt, science, army/dyplomacy, and at the same time, have town be built to house 10 to 200 thousand people, with a localised sustainable food production, with inter-city exchanged be train focused. Such a system should easily be able to have health, food ans shleter free for all of their habitants.
