@@CATHVSYEGSUVSUGSUAVIVABIAIB yeah i mean even if they update it for newer versions of Minecraft, at its core it was still made for older versions of Minecraft like 1.12.2.
@The_Calmness not really, if you're running an intensive game then your gpu should be 80-100% if it's around 50-60% or 20-60% then something is wrong as the games graphic api is not making use of your gpu or your gpu is not able to fully utilize itself which can lead to a number of problems that are common on laptops, this being the os or just a bad power management or gpu connection
Idk why but it's the opposite for me, I got better fps from Optifine than I did with Sodium even after I tweak the recommend settings. My laptop also has 3050 albeit 4GB Vram and lower TDP but I still managed to get 200 fps on Optifine..
hes using optifine on 1.20.4 which is a beta version which is full of bugs... for a more precise test he shouldve used an actual RELEASE of optifine and not a beta
@@unxylene you were right lol, i test the game again using optifine 1.20.1 it runs at higher fps 80 - 100 fps with 32 chunks. but it still can't beat sodium chunk generation speed and while it runs at better fps it's not really that smooth.
@@febroeth maybe you can try high end Shaders in Minecraft like bsl and tell how it performs? you can upload anything nevertheless, i don't actually mind. :) not only minecraft, you can also upload other games as you did with this particular laptop of yours!!! ;)
@@febroeth Optifine was programmed for old hardware and older minecraft versions, its outdated since 1.16 (no improvement since then) rubidium is a way better choice, apart from the fact that nobody should have to use forge
as a rtx 3050oc user for almost a year now i strongly recommend you not to get this gpu and belive me you will regret it if you buy it.go for rtx 3060 if u dont have money
